God help us, this is desperation on the cusp of madness. There are no direct crimes related to Trump in the latest indictment from Jack Smith. The fact he had to fall back on fraud - that Trump knew that the election wasn't stolen but said it was - is so desperate, that anyone who still thinks the judicial system hasn't been weaponised against Trump, probably needs to check their pulse

We aren't sure that election wasn't stolen even now. So first, demonstrate it wasn't stolen - otherwise, how could anyone know it wasn't stolen? Pro-tip - with what's been revealed in the Time Magazine article of Feb 2021  - just that aspect alone is enough to draw significant doubt about the legitimacy, because that activity sure sounds like trying to steal an election to me.
